Aviana Controls is expanding nationwide — and we’re looking for confident, results-driven sales professionals who know how to connect with business owners and close deals.


As an Independent B2B Sales Contractor, you’ll introduce small and independent retailers to Aviana Controls’ high-impact retail risk and loss prevention services. Your mission: help store owners protect profits, reduce losses, and strengthen their operations — while earning uncapped commissions for every client you bring on board.

You’ll identify and reach out to retail decision-makers, present our services with confidence, and convert interest into paid engagements. Every successful conversion earns you 10% of the purchase amount, plus a $500 bonus for every five closed deals. There’s no cap on your potential — your income grows directly with your results.

We’re seeking experienced B2B sellers who can work independently, communicate effectively, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. A background in retail, consulting, or small business sales is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, deliver value, and follow through.
