Independent B2B Sales Contractor

We deliver operational risk assessments, loss prevention consulting, fractional leadership, and investigative advisory services that make an immediate business impact. In short, we bring enterprise-level operational risk management services to the small business retail community with accessibility and affordability in mind.
We’re expanding across all major U.S. markets and seeking 1099 commission-only Independent B2B Sales Contractors to help grow our client base.
What You'll Do
Identify and connect with small business retail owners and decision-makers, including boutiques and small-to-midsize local and regional retail chains.
Present our loss prevention and risk management services with excitement and confidence.
Highlight the benefits for retail owners and decision-makers to purchase services from Aviana Controls.
Turn leads into successful paid conversions by employing respectful, but influential, B2B sales methods.
Earn commission of 10% of the total purchase amount for each paid conversion, plus an additional $500 bonus after every five paid conversions. A conversion is considered successful once the client payment has cleared.
What We're Looking For
Requirements: Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work as an independent contractor (1099) in the U.S.; reliable transportation, computer, internet, and phone access a must.
Experience: B2B sales experience, preferably with small business, retail, or consulting clients.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal and written communication, consultative selling ability, comfort with virtual meetings and industry-standard collaboration and productivity tools, and ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
Preferred: Existing professional network in retail operations, loss prevention, risk management, or investigative consulting; existing small business/retail contacts; entrepreneurial mindset.

Candidates selected to move forward will be notified by email on or before December 12, 2025.
Candidates selected to move forward will attend a virtual group informational session on December 19, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM ET.
Following this session, candidates will be asked to complete and return the Sales Agreement outlining the terms, conditions, and requirements of each party, on or before December 31, 2025.
The expected start date for this role is January 5, 2026.
